What are the most valued attitudes by employers in the ICT industry?

What are the most valued attitudes in the ICT industry? Here is a list of some of the main ones I believe are important.


  • Determination

  • Confidence

  • Leadership

  • Problem Solving

  • Independent worker

  • Self Motivation

    ah daniel sweet, what a great blog you have produced.
    I believe that the most important attitude that employers in the ICT industry are looking for is confidence, if employees have confidence in what they are doing tyhen they will do it to the best of their ability and will be able to rise above problems that occur.

    Dan Sweet, i think that the most important attitude to have in the IT industry is also confidence. I agee with Joe
